Manipur local club win the prestigious ROYAL’S GOLD CUP, 2013 Kohima
Kohima, November 11: The FC Khanglai a football club from Sadar Hills, Senapati district, Manipur won the prestigious ROYAL’S GOLD CUP, 2013 Kohima by defeating Kohima Komets by 5-3 in a penalty shoot-out on Monday.
The match was ended at 1-1 draw in a regulation times here in a local ground in Kohima, Nagaland.
The penalty shoot-out was eventually done to decide the winner where the goal keeper of FC Khanglai, Mangcha Misao display three superb saves for his team.
The FC Khanglai entered the final by beating the defending champion from Mizoram on last Saturday.
