General public of Pallel areas waits for BI ATM

Imphal, Sep 22: Though Pallel bazaar is a destination for business men or women across the country who passer-by for a lunch or dinner or to take rest for a beverage, on their way or return from Moreh town, use to face a problem due to not availability of ATM.
Pallel market which is one of the most crowded places on National Highway 102 Imphal-Moreh section but a technologies like ATM booth is not installed by any bank in the areas where Assam Rifles brigade headquarter, forest guard, commandos, police station presents.
All these mentioned above security force has to rush to Imphal for a withdrawal, some 50 above kilometres, But they are not the only one who suffers public of the areas get more suffer then others when the times come to money problems, said Yanglet Haokip ex-MLA candidates of Tengnoupal.
Yanglet Haokip ex-MLA candidates and social workers, was speaking to few media person at his residence at Pallel today.
Highlighting the needs for the opening of SBI or any other ATM booth, Yanglet said, Pallel bazaar is inhabited by the peoples of Chandel and Thoubal district of Manipur where there are many businessmen travelling across the country has to passed Pallel for Moreh which is once the border business centre but now its is upgraded to the status of free trade centre between India and Myanmar.
In this situation ATM booth is much needed not only for the Pallel areas but for the businessmen or the passerby added Haokip.
Yanglet further appeal to the General Manager SBI for opening of one ATM booth at Pallel whether at Pallel Police station or Assam Rifle gate for the general public of Pallel and the surrounding areas and for those businessmen who frequently face the problem of not availability of ATM booth, at the earliest possible.
