12 hour general strike called in Churachandpur
Imphal, Sep 28:A 12 hour’s general strike in Churachanpur district has been called by the JAC against the killing of Henkhothang Haokip, chief of S. Nabil said a JAC convenor on Friday.
The 12 hour general strike will be affected from 6am of tomorrow till 6pm.
In tomorrow bandh nothing will be exempted except media persons, the bandh is also supported by five student bodies of the district.
Till the demands of the JAC are mot met by the government series of agitation will be carried out in the future.
It can be noted here that the government offices are still under boycott by the JAC, which paralyzed for the forth consecutive days in Churachandpur district.
