Maruti Alto 800 launched in Manipur

Maruti Suzuki’s newest small car Maruti Alto 800 was launched in Manipur by DGP Y Joykumar at a function at Eastern Motors in Chingmeirong on Monday.

The Regional Manager of North East Region of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Debjyoti Dutt and Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Motors, S Pritam also participated at the launch.
DGP Joykumar asserted that the car will be a big hit in Manipur and its price will be affordable to most people.

Pritam informed that Maruti Alto is the highest selling car in India for the last eight years and more than a million of them are on the road.

About the new model, Pritam stated that Eastern Motors has so far received 50 bookings for the car, out of which 25 have gained possession already.
Debjyoti delved on the advantages of the new car including its economical mileage of 22.74 kilometers per liter. He added that the car will be available in six colours.
