Santomba Memorial Journalist Award 2012 confered

IMPHAL, June 30: S Bokuljao, reporter of The Sangai Express daily was on Saturday conferred with the Santomba Memorial Journalist Award 2012 for his excellent works in the field of investigative journalism.

RK Sanatomba Memorial Journalist Award is given to journalists in the state every year in recognition of their unique contribution and works on journalism. The award is given in fond memory of RK Sanatomba, former chief editor of Kangla Lanpung journal on his death anniversary.

The award distribution ceremony was organized at the Hotel Imphal auditorium here.
