BJP Manipur organisess a tour programme

Imphal, February 6, 2013: In an aim to strengthen the BJP in Manipur a tour programme was conducted for the first at SL Chanvangphai Village under 59-Saikot Assembly Constituency in Churachapur District today.

In the visit of the organization tour a meeting was held at the residence of Saikot Mandal president Mr. Janghem, SL Chavangphai Village at around 11am which lasted for 3 hours.

During the organization election last year, three Mandal were elected as per follow for 57-Henglep A/C Henminthang, 59-Saikot A/C Janghem and 60-Singhat A/C Khaizasoi as Mandal President respectively.

And Mr. Lhunkhojang Haokip was also elected as President of Churachandpur district.

In the mean time a meeting was also held between the Churachandpur district office bearer of BJP and state leaders discussed to form an adhoc committee of the remaining three Constituencies and full-fledged district committee within 20 February.

In connection with the forth coming Lok Sabha election to enroll more members in the district were also discussed in the meeting.

The organization team who visit Churachandpur district under the advice of Th. Chaoba Singh, President BJP was led by Ksh. Bhabahnanda Singh, general secretary, BJP who is also in-charge of the Hill Affairs, L. Bashanta Sharma, Secretary, BJP and H. Jayadeva Sharma, State council member, BJP Manipur Pradesh.
