UPSC Geologists final result 2011-2012 declared

UPSC Geologists exam 2011-2012 final result has been declared. Union Public Service Commission had held examination for Geologists in December 2011 and personality test in August- September 2012.

The successful candidates of UPSC Geologists final result will be placed under two categories; Category I ( Posts in Geological Survey of India, Ministry of Mines) (a) Geologist, Group 'A' and category II posts (Posts in the Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Water Resources) that includes (a) Junior Hydrogeologist (Scientist B), Group ?A? and (b) Assistant Hydrogeologist, Group 'B'.

With the announcement of UPSC Geologists final results 2012 the candidates wait is finally over.
The total number of candidate recommended in List I is 260 and in List II is 65.
