KSO Saikul branch draw the attention of government by repairing road

Imphal, Oct 2: The Kuki Student’s Organization (KSO) Saikul branch today repairs the Imphal-Saikul road which the government ignored for many pass years.

Knowing the grievances face by the public due to the bad condition of the road the KSO today earth filled the roads which were 2 to 3 feet deep.

The motive behind the organising of road repair works is to draw the attention of the government and to inculcate the spirit of voluntarism in the students said the KSO Saikul branch president, Thongzalun Mate.
For the repairing of road the KSO mobilized students from Model English Higher Secondary School, Thangtong Government higher Secondary School and VM Nazareth English Higher Secondary School added KSO Saikul president.

The 43 Assam Rifles Saikul post help the KSO by providing transportation for carrying material for the earth fill.
