KIM appeals to UNC to exempt or pave way for delegates for KIM general assembly
Imphal, December 11: The Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM) is convening its 20th General Assembly on the coming 13th of December at Kuki Inn, Imphal, so the KIM appeals to every civil organization of NGOs and the general public of the state not to call or imposed bandh in the state.
A press release of KIM signed by its general secretary, Khaimang Chongloi, stated that the KIM particularly appeals to the United Naga Council (UNC) who had already announced their 48 general strike in the hills district of Manipur to pave way or exempt all the delegates who are attending the general assembly of KIM from the perview of the bandh on humanitarian ground.
The KIM further appeals to all the invited delegates to make its convenient to participate in the Assembly on time positively.
At the same time the press release also stated that ahead of the assembly session a prize distribution to Chief Secretary, Pc Lawmkunga and many others who achieve something that the sons of Kuki never will be awarded.
