IE CDOs nab two cadres of RPF/PLA
IMPHAL, November 10: On November 9, under the supervision of Addl SP (Ops) of Imphal East, M Rajen Singh opened a mobile frisking check near PPLYDO club, said a press release from SP of Imphal East.
In that mobile frisking, two cadres of RPF/PLA were nabbed and the nabbed UG cadres were identified as Nongmeikapam Shanta Singh alias Senapati alias Ranger, 34, son of N Yeka Singh of Singjamei Kshetri Leikai and the another one as Sanasam Jilangamba Singh alias Naoba alias Bulu, 36, son of S Modhuchandra Singh of Kakwa Ningomthong Awang Leikai and recovered two mobile phones with two SIM cards from their possession.
On verification, Shanta disclosed that he joined the said organization through one Ithoi of PLA in the year 1999 and got army number 1517 and Jilangamba also revealed that he connected with the same organization through one Kumar in the year 1996, presently working under the command of s/s Lt Jayenta alias Malei of RPF/PLA who is holding the the post of DRO-I (District Revenue Officer-I).
