Suggestions invited for the 4th Tranche of Draft Rules under the Companies Act 2013

New Delhi, October 28: The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has invited suggestions/ comments for the 4th tranche of Draft Rules being framed under the Companies Act, 2013. November 5, 2013 has been fixed as the last date for submission of suggestions/ comments. In this phase Draft Rules have been framed for the creation of an Investor Educations and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.

The Ministry has already invited suggestions/ comments from the public for the first, second and 3rd tranche of Draft Rules. The last date for giving suggestions/ comments for the 1st and 2nd tranche of Draft Rules has expired; but the deadline for giving suggestions/ comments for the 3rd tranche of Draft Rules is also 5th November 2013.
