Newly elected officials of Komrem Union (NEI) take Oath
Imphal, October 30: Oath taking ceremony for the newly elected President and staff of Komrem Union North East India was held at Tribal Research Institute, Imphal on Wednesday.
Serto Lalkhomang was elected as president, Mangte Mangal Kom elected for Assistant Secretary and Mangte Achung elected as Finance secretary all of them were elected uncontested for the tenure of 2013-2016.
The oath taking was presiding by Rev. T. Khupneilien, Executive secretary, KRBCA and for all the other vacant post will be expanded after the three newly elected members took their charge said the newly elected president.
The oath taking ceremony was attended by more than three hundreds peoples including various churches pastors, church leaders’, student body leaders including ATSUM president Emboi Serto, KSO-GHQs president Peter Mate etc.
The oath taking ceremony was concluded with a grand feast.
